Using small equipment such as balls, therabands, Magic Circles, foam rollers, and balance pads, each session offers both support and challenge to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness.
Pilates for Cyclists
Enhance your ride with a targeted blend of Reformer and Mat Pilates designed specifically for cyclists. This class focuses on strengthening the core, improving balance and endurance and addressing key issues such as tight hips, weak glutes and lower back tension.
